"Emily started dancing at Dove Dance in 1996 as a little girl. She trained under Daphne Tardibono in Russian ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical, pointe, and acrobatics. As she grew in her training, confidence, and grace, she started dancing competitively. With hard work, dedication, and support, Emily was crowned Teen Miss Dance of Oklahoma 2008 and Miss Dance of Oklahoma 2013. Emily loves to choreograph and has since she was young. Her choreography has won state awards and has been taken to national competitions.
Dance has taken Emily across the world through ministry opportunities in places like Mexico, China, and Switzerland. Emily has also performed at numerous local ministry events as well. Dance is a creative outlet which sparks poise, confidence, and strength. Her heart is to train professionally equipped dancers that not only shine onstage, but off stage for Jesus."
Anna joined Dove Dance during it's first summer in 1994. During this time, she has enjoyed performing, competing, and instructing. Anna holds her BA in Human Services Counseling, a Minor in Sociology, and her Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy. Anna was a member of her pom squad in junior high, high school, and college. In addition, she is certified by Dance Masters of America in Jazz. Anna has been married to her wonderful husband, Jerimy, since 1992 who is a Real Estate Broker. They enjoy their fantastic son, Benjamin.
Along with furthering technique and performance ability, Anna's goals for each of her classes include each student developing a deeper understanding of the love of Christ, a respect for their bodies as the temple of the Holy Spirit, and a heart for ministry to the Glory of God.
Her favorite scriptures are:
Isaiah 40:30-31, "But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint."
Ephesians 3:16-21, "I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. Dee Ann began teaching at Dove in 2002 and oversees our 3 through 6 year old classes. She has training in ballet, tap, jazz, pointe and acrobatics. She was also involved in twirling, cheerleading and was flag corps captain and chaplain for Enid High School Band. As an adult, Dee Ann has performed, choreographed and taught for many churches. She was the dance leader under well-known worship leader and song writer, Dennis Jernigan, at Western Hills Church in Oklahoma City. For seven years, she was the flag corps instructor for Comanche High School Band. Dee Ann has been married to her husband, Billy, for 26 years. Dee Ann is the mother of 3 children and is a part of the children’s leadership at Heritage Baptist Church.

Rachel has been studying dance since the age of four. She is trained in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Pointe, and Lyrical. She graduated from Putnam City North High School in 2009 where she was Show Choir dance captain. In 2013, she graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry with distinction. Rachel has been blessed to be a part of many ministry opportunities such as promoting the YES program for underprivileged children with OJ Rhone, former player for the Kansas City Royals, performing with the International Christian Embassy of Jerusalem for several years, and dancing at many churches and other events as well. She has had the opportunity to take master classes with Kathy Thibodeaux, Jo Rowan, and others. Rachel was a part of Dove Dance Soar Company for 8 years. She has won many state and national awards with dances such as “It Is Finished-The Passion”, ”Oklahoma!”, “Freedom to Dance”, “A Place for Rosa Parks”, and others. Rachel has been teaching at Dove Dance for 4 years and loves it.
One of her favorite scriptures is “Blessed are the gentle, for they shall inherit the earth. Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be satisfied. Blessed are the pure in heart for they shall see God.“ Matthew 5:5,6,8
Savannah has danced for 19 years at Dove Dance in classical Russian ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical, pointe, and acrobatics. She is certified to teach through Dance Masters of America, and her heart is to spread the love of Christ, teaching girls on a weekly basis, performance, and various dance outreaches & ministries. She has been involved in dance performances with the International Christian Embassy of Jerusalem since 2002, and has appeared on international television while performing at "A Night to Honor Israel". She has traveled on dance related trips to Colombia, China, The Philippines, and Mexico. One highlight was being invited by the Chinese Embassy to dance in the festivals leading up to the Beijing Olympics and dancing in Tiananmen Square.
Savannah has been graced with numerous regional & national awards in groups & solo competitions. She was Dance Masters of America's Teen Miss Dance of Oklahoma 2007 and Miss Dance of Oklahoma 2009. She placed 3rd overall in the tap audition at Teen Miss Dance of America in NYC. She served two consecutive terms as the DMA Jr. Member president, and was also a member of the pre-professional tap team, The St. Louis Hoofers Club under the direction of the world renowned Robert Reed II. Her choreography has won numerous choreography awards, and her students have won DMA, ADA, and Encore state championships, as well as National Miss Encore 2012, and spots on pom squads, including OU Pom. She is an active member of her home church, and enjoys ministering with dance at church conferences and services. She is an alumni of Southwestern Christian University with her Bachelors Degree in Behavioral Science and Creative Arts and a minor in Bible.
Colossians 3:23 is her favorite verse: "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men."
Born and raised in Oklahoma City, Michael Tardibono began dancing at the age of four and has trained in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Acro, Hip-Hop, and Lyrical for over a decade. Michael was cast in a professional Christmas show in Branson, MO, at the age of nine and has been personally invited to audition for two Broadway musicals. Competing with Dance Masters of America, Michael achieved several titles such as Petite Master Dance, Jr. Mister Dance, Teen Mister Dance, and Mister Dance of Oklahoma, Chapter #27. At a national level, Michael has won 2nd Runner-Up Jr. Mister Dance of America, 4th Runner-Up Mister Dance of America, and 1st Runner-Up Mister Dance of America. Michael has been teaching at Dove Dance for over five years and is a certified teacher with Dance Masters of America. His choreography has placed in national overall standings and has won special judges awards.
Dance has given Michael multiple ministry opportunities throughout his training. In 2013 Michael traveled to Colombia with Dove Dance and People to People Ministries for a missions trip where local schools were able to take dance classes and workshops. He has been privileged enough to dance in the Feast of Tabernacles for many years and also local churches in Oklahoma City. He enjoys pouring into the next generation of dancers and strives to encourage them to grow in their dancing and glorify The Lord.
Michelle has trained at Dove Dance School for 14 years in classical Russian ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical, and acrobatics. She is certified to teach through Dance Masters of America and is an active member of Chapter #27. She has trained at conventions and intensives such as NYC Tap Festival, Student Honors Intensive Program, Ballet Magnificat! and has been involved in many state wide and national outreach performances, as well as competed regionally and nationally. She was a performer in DINO’s Christmas Spectacular in Branson, Missouri and toured nationally with the cast for two seasons.
Michelle has been awarded many state awards and national awards, including 1st Runner Up Miss Dance of Oklahoma. Her performances include: BCS National Halftime Show Dancer, Oklahoma Children’s Miracle Network Gala, Youth America Summer Camps, the Children’s Center, “KIDS Can Dance Too!”, FOX TV Pilot, multiple church conferences, and more. She has traveled to South America for a dance mission’s tour with People to People Ministries, helping organize a dance workshop for a local church.
Michelle serves on the worship team, in the nursery, and leads the 6th grade small group at her home church. She is also head of the Kids Ministry Worship department; grades K-5th. Her passion is to bring joy to students through the art of dance, while giving God the glory He deserves in the process. Michelle is attending Southwestern Christian University to obtain her degree in Worship Arts with a minor in Business Management. Her favorite Bible passage comes from Psalm 119:105, it states “Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path.”
Amy began dancing when her friend invited her to visit a Dove Dance ballet class at age six. Her friend’s invitation helped to begin a love of dancing that would last for years to come. She went on to be trained in ballet, jazz, lyrical, and pointe. Amy was a company member for multiple years, and most enjoyed the times when the company was able to dance at the State Fair or church events as a ministry opportunity. Amy has had the opportunity to take master classes from the ballet magnificat company, Oklahoma City Ballet principal dancer, Yui Sato, Stephen “tWitch” Boss, and Lil’ C.
Amy graduated from Bethany High school in 2014 and attended the University of Oklahoma for two years. She applied to the College of Dental Hygiene but she was not accepted. She has moved back to Oklahoma City to take more classes at Rose State College and continue pursuing Dental Hygiene. She is happy that she has the ability to return to Dove Dance to teach ballet and Pointe. She loves people and has found a new love for teaching in dance and English as a second language. She has been to Ukraine three times teaching English in English language evangelism events. Amy looks forward to her first year at Dove Dance as a teacher and already thinks all of her students are really fun to work with.
One of her favorite verses is, “The grass withers and the flowers fall, but the word of our God endures forever.” Isaiah 40:8. She likes this verse because she knows that no matter how much our world or lives are falling apart, we can trust our Lord because his word and promises will never fail us.
Kaci has been dancing since the age of 5. Over the years, she has trained in classical ballet, pointe, jazz, lyrical, tap, hip-hop, pom, and acrobatics. When she began training at Dove Dance in 2002, she developed a love for dance ministry. Being a part of a Christian dance studio gave Kaci several opportunities to use her talents in worship and service to The Lord. Her favorite ministry event was going on a mission trip to Columbia, South America with members of Dove Dance. Kaci also enjoyed performing and competing with Dove until she graduated high school from Putnam City North in 2013. Kaci served as the captain of the PCN Pom Squad, where she won three team state championships and one individual state championship in 2011. In 2012, Kaci went to Las Vegas with Dove Dance for a national competition where she was crowned National Miss Encore. After graduating high school, Kaci went to the University of Oklahoma where she was a member of the OU Pom squad from 2013 to 2015. She is currently the head coach of the PCN Pom Squad and is continuing her education at the University of Central Oklahoma, where she plans to graduate in 2017 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Finance. Kaci is engaged and will be getting married to Garrett Kilborn in the spring of 2017.

Kelly Johnson began dancing 1994 in Owasso, Oklahoma. Kelly has training in ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, and hip hop. She danced competitively throughout high school and won numerous state and regional awards. Kelly was a 3-year member of the Owasso Pom Squad and earned a position on the Oklahoma All State Dance her senior year. At Oklahoma State University, she was a 4-year member of the OSU Pom Squad where she traveled the country performing and representing the university. Kelly has over 6 years of experience as a dance instructor, and has been blessed with opportunities to learn from esteemed performers and choreographers such as Tyce Diorio and Bonnie Story.
Kelly joined Dove Dance School in 2014 and instructs an advanced Leaps and Turns technique class. She graduated from OSU with her masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and is working full time toward her license. Kelly believes in the therapeutic power of dance and enjoys being able to share this gift with others, especially in a setting that is centered around the Lord!
